Global Ecolabelling Network

Global Ecolabelling Network (GEN) is a non-profit association of third-party, environmental performance recognition, certification and labelling organizations.

The GEN mission is to improve, promote, and develop the "ecolabelling" of products and services.

The Swedish Society for Nature Conservation's ecolabelling scheme, "Good Environmental Choice" has been approved according to GENICES, Global Ecolabelling Network's Internationally Coordinated Ecolabelling System. GENICES is a peer review process developed to provide a mechanism for enhanced cooperation and collaboration in product certification, criteria development and review, for GEN member organizations.
