SSNC strives for transparency and openness. We prioritize safety and respect for everyone affected by our activities. We want to be aware of any shortcomings and risks to be able to take appropriate action early on, with the goal of continually improving the way we work.
SSNC offers several ways for reporting complaints and suspicions of irregularities. The options for this include:
Option 3: Communicate anonymously through the whistleblowing channel: https://report.whistleb.com/en/naturskyddsforeningen (Copy the link and paste it into your web browser.)
Option 4: Report via external reporting channels to the relevant authority (see respective authority's website).
About our whistleblowing service
SSNC strongly opposes all forms of corruption and maintains a zero-tolerance policy aimed at preventing, never accepting, always informing, and always taking action. Read more in SSNC's Anti-Corruption Policy.
Through our whistleblowing service, you can anonymously report suspected misconduct, irregularities, corruption, or legal violations within SSNC or any of our partner organizations' activities.
You will need to copy the link and paste it into your web browser to ensure that the link cannot be traced, allowing you to remain completely anonymous when visiting the page. https://report.whistleb.com/en/naturskyddsforeningen
The whistleblowing service is available in English, Swedish and Portuguese.
All cases are handled in accordance with these principles:
- No one involved in the investigation process will attempt to identify the whistleblower if they express a desire to remain anonymous.
- Messages related to whistleblowing are handled confidentially by the parties involved.
- Whistleblower protection - A person expressing a genuine suspicion or concern will not face any form of sanctions or personal disadvantages because of their report, regardless of whether the suspicion is proven to be correct or not, provided that the whistleblower has acted in good faith.
Reported cases will not be further investigated if:
- The report is malicious or not made in good faith.
- The information is insufficient for further investigation.
- The matter has already been resolved.
- The matter falls under other reporting channels.
If a message is not further investigated, the whistleblower will be informed of the reasons thereof. If the matter falls under other reporting channels, instructions will be provided to the whistleblower for further handling.
