How we process personal data 

The Swedish Society for Nature Conservation (SSNC) (corporate identity number 802002–4280) serves as the personal data controller when such data are processed in relation to the association’s activities.  

With regard to some data on members, we share this role with local and county associations. 

SSNC serves as the personal data controller for the data you provide when applying for membership, making donations or purchases. The data we process include personal identity number, name, address, email address and telephone number. 

We process these data in order to fulfil our obligations related to your membership, donation or purchase. Apart from that, we use only your data for purposes related to SSNC’s activities and fundraising. We do not disclose these data to third parties. 

With regard to data on direct debit users, we share the role of data controller with the payment service providers. 

SSNC protects personal privacy. Correctly and securely processing personal data is something we prioritise. Those who entrust us with their data should feel safe. 

We comply with GDPR and other laws and regulations that apply in the area of data protection. 

SSNC seeks to have a transparent approach with regards to the individuals in our databases. The information they receive should be clear. 

Our contact information should always be included in the information we provide to these individuals.

We process these data in order to fulfil our obligations related to your membership and your participation in the network’s activities. We will share your contact information in the network. We may also share your data with representatives from SSNC. Apart from that, we do not share these data with any third parties without your consent.
